This is a type that looks and feels airy and offers lots of storage but is in fact quite small and not as versatile as other kitchens. It’s actually a different version of the U-shaped layout, one which features a peninsula attached to one side of the U. The peninsula partially encloses the kitchen so it’s important to make sure it’s not too long so you can easily get in and out. In addition, interaction between two or more people in a galley kitchen is limited and often awkward. in a home, unless you open the kitchen to the rest of the public spaces by removing a wall or a door, this will remain an enclosed space with little to no connection to the rest of the house.
